Introduction to CX series geomembrane welding machine

 

CX series geomembrane welding machine includes 7 models: CX110, CX300, CX500L, CX500S, CX600, CX700 and CX900.

According to the welding method, it can be divided into two categories. The first category is the common overlap welding machine on the market, including CX600, CX700 and CX900. Their welding method is overlap welding from 2 sides of the membrane, which is mostly used for geomembrane laying and installation projects. The welding range of these three machines is relatively large, and the thickness of the welded geomembrane can reach up to 4.0mm, so their power is generally large, which drives the operation of the machine.

CX900

Input voltage: 220V, 50Hz

Power: 1900W (hot wedge length 90mm)

Welding speed: 0-8m/min

Heating temperature: 0-450℃

Welding material thickness: 0.8mm-3.0mm

Welding seam width: 15mm×2, inner cavity 16mm

Welding seam strength ≥85% of original material (tensile strength in shear direction)

Overlap width: 110mm

Net weight: 11kg

 

The second type is the dual-purpose welding machine unique to the CX series. They can perform same-side film welding on the basis of realizing ordinary two-side film welding. CX110, CX300, CX500S and CX500L are all dual-purpose welding machines. Same-side film welding is mainly used for welding circular ponds, trough tanks and three-dimensional containers such as tanks. At present, the main market for this type of welding machine is Southeast Asia and South America, where freshwater resources are relatively scarce, mainly because there is a demand for this welding in the local area and the high-quality price we set.

 

And unlike the CX600, CX700 and CX900 mentioned above, the welding range of these 4 machines is relatively small, and the thinnest thickness of the weldable geomembrane is 0.5mm. Their power is also generally small, usually not exceeding 1800W.
